Sponsored by OEHS Senior Celebration, a Battle of a Bands is a primary fundraiser. Senior Celebration is a “Lock In” jubilee for a Oswego East High School seniors.
The Battle of a Bands was open to any amateur band. Bands participated from Oswego and surrounding communities like Aurora, Winfield, Plainfield and Naperville. Band members ranged in age from seventh-graders to rockers in their mid-30s.
Each rope submitted a demo recording and printed lyrics. Entry was free, though any rope had to acquire their approach on theatre by offered 30 tickets for a show.
Each rope played a 10-minute set, that was scored by judges. Judge Ashton Clark of 24/7 Mixtapes explained because he supposed a invitation to be a judge.

One Twenty West consists of Colleen Fazio, a youth who plays bass, Jeric Tumang (keyboards) and Grey Taxon (vocals guitar) who are both sophomores and Drake Taxon (drums) who is in seventh grade.

All 3 bands will have a Sunday night opening during America’s Historic Roundhouse and a opening during Sk8 Jamboree during a May 21 opening jubilee of a new Oswego Park District Skate Park. The tip 5 bands will perform during Live 59′s Battle of a Bands Championship Night.
